Do I have to make an appointment to be seen?
No, appointments are not necessary to be seen at our facility.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, We welcome both new and returning patients.
Do you accept medicaid?
At this time, Prestige Urgent Care does not participate with the medicaid programs.
I don't have a primary care doctor, can I still be seen?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide medical care to all individuals despite their limitations to continuum of care.
How does urgent care differ from the ER and my local doctors office?
Life threatening conditions usually require a trip to the emergency room. Your local doctors office will require you to make an appointment and generally provide a continuum of care for routine visits. Prestige Urgent Care is capable of handling non-life threatening symptoms as well as some routine care.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem! Prestige Urgent Care has very competitive self-pay rates to help fit your budget. We also accept cash, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
I am not able to get an appointment with my doctor because its Sunday, Can you help me?
Yes, Prestige Urgent Care is open 7 days a week from 7:00AM – 7:00PM.
Does my deductible need to be met to be seen?
You will need to review your benefits and eligibility on how your deductible will apply for an urgent care visit. All insured patients are subject to their urgent care benefits (co-payments) each visit. You will be responsible for any unpaid balances that is not covered by your insurance. This amount will be indicated on an invoice you receive in the mail.
